Company’s History
Within 11 years of investments in scientific research and collaboration of Ukrainian and Polish production companies, we have created the consortium, one of the leaders in the spheres of power engineering, electrical engineering, and electromechanics.
Company’s History
It all began in 2013
2013—2015 — the company was established; the partnership with international corporations was initiated
Research and Production Enterprise ENERGO-PLUS LLC was founded in 2013. That same year, we started our cooperation with the enterprises in Poltava and Kyiv regions, among which were PrJSC Poltava GZK (Ferrexpo), SPP KYIVSKI TEC, PJSC Kyivenergo and Metinvest Holding LLC.
In 2014, we took part in the launch of a generator at Kyiv CHP-5 power plant. That had been the first project of such level of complexity implemented since the establishment of an independent state. That same year, we moved to a new level of technological capabilities thanks to our collaboration with Endress&Hauser, a Swiss company manufacturing measuring equipment and automation for industrial processes and laboratories.
In 2015, Research and Production Enterprise ENERGO-PLUS LLC commenced a new partnership with Schneider Electric Ukraine, a world expert in energy management and automation, which included us in the top 10 panel-building partners.
2016—2020 — we completed projects on reconstruction and modernization, and expanded the list of our partners
Over four years starting from 2016, the reconstruction of the water treatment system for Kremenchutska TEC LLC had been carried out.
In 2017, Research and Production Enterprise ENERGO-PLUS LLC started its partnership with Research and Production Enterprise Preobrazovatelnaya Tekhnika LLC, an expert in the development, production, research, and testing of advanced conversion devices for various industrial purposes and power engineering applications. As part of our collaboration, we completed works on thyristor excitation systems for synchronous generators. This project encouraged the establishment of the ENERGO-PLUS consortium, a modern vertically integrated structure for collaborative assignments, and marked the commencement of its activity.
From 2017 to 2021, we implemented a project on replacement of the electromechanical exciters of turbo-generators TG-5, TG-6, and TG-7 of TV-60-2 type, as well as ARZ of ROA type with self-excitation systems using thyristor one-group two-channel configurations with microprocessor-based ARV and ARM for monitoring. The project was carried out for Evro-Rekonstruktsiia LLC, Darnytsia CHP power plant in Kyiv.
In 2019, after 6 years of successful cooperation, Research and Production Enterprise ENERGO-PLUS LLC became an official dealer of Research and Production Association Ecosoft LLC. Within the scope of our collaboration, our experts have jointly developed control cabinets, conducted commissioning works, and worked out reagents for the water-chemical mode of heating units and circulating cycles for BWT production.
In 2019, DigSilent Power Factory software was introduced. By means of this software, the analysis of electrical networks was made taking into account the advanced models of alternative generation. The new software was tested, and the detailed load calculations for the electrical networks were made for the projects devised for the Regional Dispatch Centers of the Northern and Central regions of Ukraine.
In 2020, we commenced our cooperation with Siemens, a German conglomerate.
2021—2022 — mark works on reconstruction, construction, and modernization of our clients’ projects
In 2021, we performed the reconstruction of the excitation system for the turbo-generator unit No. 6 at CHP-1 power plant of Lviv Thermal Energy Company Lvivteploenergo.
From 2021 to 2022, the construction of a water treatment system at PrJSC POEZ-KERNEL GROUP was in process. That was the first stage of the project under the name “Reconstruction of the steam supply system of the plant with the installation of a cogeneration unit with an electrical capacity of 10.4 MW at PrJSC POEZ-Kernel Group.”
In 2022, we completed the technical upgrade of the wastewater treatment unit using a comprehensive membrane water purification technology with the application of the reverse osmosis.method for PJSC UKRTATNAFTA. Meanwhile, the list of equipment suppliers for our company’s projects expanded, including Emerson becoming an official partner of the Ukrainian enterprise.
From 2019 to 2022, our company concentrated on technical modernization of the excitation system G-1 TVV-320 unit No. 1 for Kyiv clients. CHP-6 power plant and CPP Kyivski TEC – Municipal Enterprise Kyivteploenergo were the ones to receive ready-made solutions.
2023—2024 — was the period of the company’s international expansion
In 2023, we finished our work on the development of the independent thyristor excitation system SNVTG-600-200-1.6-UKHL4 within the framework of the project “Commissioning of the steam turbine installed at power station No. 3 (CHP-3 power plant)” in Kharkiv, which started in 2021.
Within the period of 2022-2023, we supplied the emergency power sources with a capacity of 88-500 kW to the Municipal Enterprise of Poltava Oblast Council Poltavavodokanal.
In 2023, we obtained the status of an official partner of Hitachi, a leading Japanese manufacturer of power industrial equipment. Hrupa Kompanii Vysokovoltni Tekhnologii LLC joined the consortium. The company mainly focuses on the production of electric motors, generators, transformers, and other equipment for high-voltage lines.
TWERD ENERGO-PLUS Sp. z o.o (Poland), a leading expert in the production of flagship electrical equipment in Poland since 1989, joined the ENERGO-PLUS consortium. This step gave us the opportunity to provide the markets of Ukraine, Europe, and Asia with frequency converters, inverters for alternative energy sources and energy storage systems, charging stations for electric vehicles, and high-voltage frequency converters for motors. This fusion resulted in creation of an alternative to the de facto monopoly of Chinese manufacturers in the global market of high-voltage frequency converters for 6 and 10 kV high-voltage motors.
Research and Production Enterprise ENERGO-PLUS LLC and TWERD ENERGO-PLUS Sp. z o.o (Poland) jointly use more than 60 proprietary developments and patents, which gives us a significant competitive edge in global markets.
In 2024, Yevhen Korf, CEO of NVP ENERGO-PLUS LLC, was awarded a medal by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. This remarkable achievement is associated with his unwavering support to the Ukrainian military forces since the first days of the full-scale invasion with the donations making up more than 8 million UAH. Apart from that, Yevhen Korf was invited to join the Supervisory Board of the Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University.
Moreover, in 2024, NVP ENERGO-PLUS LLC was included in the National Register of Reliable Partners. We are recommended for cooperation as per 2023 results in the sphere of economic activity “Production of electrical distribution and control equipment.”
To date, NVP ENERGO-PLUS LLC has already implemented projects for the KERNEL Group, Evro-Rekonstruktsiia LLC (Darnytsia CHP power plant) and PJSC Ukrnafta. We have completed our developments for Firma Tekhnova LLC (Chernihiv CHP power plant), JSC Obltoplokomunenergo (Chernihiv), the Interpipe Group, and Kremenchutska TEC LLC.
The following clients choose us: Lviv Municipal Utility Company Lvivteploenergo, PrJSC Azovstal Iron and Steel Works, and PrJSC KREDMASH. We have completed projects for Ladyzhyn TPP DTEK Zakhidenergo and Municipal Enterprise Kharkivski Teplovi Merezhi. Among our customers, there is also a branch of CHP-3, SE Kaluska Teploelectrocentral-Nova, Municipal Enterprise Globynske, Municipal Enterprise Lubnyvodokanal, Municipal Enterprise Kremenchukvodokanal, and other enterprises in Ukraine.
