NVP ENERGO-PLUS LLC is part of a vertically integrated energy consortium in the spheres of power engineering, electrical engineering, and electromechanics in Ukraine and Poland. The head office and company’s facilities are located in Kremenchuk. There are also branches and subdivisions located in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhia.
We mainly focus on design, development, and implementation of industrial automation systems, electricity supply and various electrical systems for Ukrainian enterprises and businesses.
As of 2024, ENERGO-PLUS consortium comprises:
- Research and Production Enterprise Preobrazovatelnaya Tekhnika LLC, which is a specialized company focusing on design, production, research, and testing of advanced converters of various purposes for industry and electric power sector.
- Hrupa Kompanii Vysokovoltni Tekhnologii LLC, which is a manufacturer of electric motors, generators, transformers, and other equipment for high-voltage lines.
- TWERD ENERGO-PLUS Sp. z o.o (Poland) has been a major expert in the production of flagship electrical equipment since 1989. This includes frequency converters, photovoltaic and wind inverters, equipment for electric vehicles, AC/DC converters for energy storage, rectifiers for electrophoresis, drive and control cabinets, educational kits for schools and technical universities, etc.
NVP ENERGO-PLUS LLC is an independent manufacturer of thyristor and inverter excitation systems, distribution and control cabinets, electronic equipment and software, fast charging devices for electric vehicles and passenger electric transport, water supply, water treatment, and wastewater systems, etc. We provide our service for the leading energy sector enterprises in Ukraine.

Within 10 years of cooperation with the leaders in the world of energy equipment production, investments in research and development, and working on projects for state and private customers, NVP ENERGO-PLUS LLC has gained considerable expertise in the following fields:
- design, development and modernization of equipment;
- installation, implementation and commissioning of systems and mechanisms;
- research and service maintenance of communal, industrial and private facilities;
- control of CHP power plants and TPP equipment;
- control system for CNC metalworking machinery.
Since 2013, the consortium has been implementing complex construction turnkey solutions, as well as specialized projects. In over 10 years of existence, NVP ENERGO-PLUS LLC has completed more than 100 projects with a total cost of over USD 100 000 000. The invaluable assets to the team are 2 Professors and 5 PhDs in Technical Sciences. There are more than 60 engineers and designers involved in current processes, including authors of over 30 patents and around 50 scientific publications in foreign specialized journals.
NVP ENERGO-PLUS LLC comprises over 2000 m² of production facilities, industrial warehouses, and a technical base. We own an electrical engineering laboratory and test stands. We use the licensed software DigSilent PowerFactory to make accurate and detailed calculations of the electrical network.
