Today, Azerbaijan represents an example of a balanced approach to the reconstruction and reintegration of returned territories. The project of Karabakh free economic zone has been launched in annihilated Karabakh. New enterprises extensively emerging this year strive for production which guarantees energy independence and full functioning of the region. This experience will definitely be valuable for Ukraine, which is already preparing for reconstruction of devastated territories after their de-occupation.
‘Our company considers the establishment of a Ukrainian-Polish-Azerbaijani consortium for the production of inverters, initiators for technological process management systems, and recorders. This consortium will be based on the developments of Ukrainian and Polish engineers and aimed at satisfying demand not only in the Eastern region but globally. The equipment manufactured based on the designs of the experts from TWERD Energo-Plus Sp. z o.o, which is part of the ENERGO-PLUS consortium, is successfully operating in projects implemented by our Baku partners in the Baku metro, ensuring a reliable ventilation management system. This is strategically important in the context of the current situation in Ukraine, where dependable metro ventilation is critical when there is a large number of people sheltering during air alerts,’ stressed Yevhen Korf, the Head of Research and Production Enterprise ENERGO-PLUS LLC.
The Ukrainian enterprise endeavors to adopt the experience of reintegration of liberated territories and, together with Azerbaijan, to foster the development of sustainable economic and social systems.
