From May 5 to 9, the NVP ENERGO-PLUS LLC team participated in an on-site technical meeting and training seminar held at the Siemens Energy partner facility in Finspång, Sweden. The program was intensive and included both theoretical and practical aspects, including direct familiarization with production processes at various locations within the enterprise.

The seminar was attended by key executives and leading technical specialists from Siemens Energy, including experts in mechanics and electrical engineering, as well as representatives from international organizations and partners.

The key objectives of the technical meeting were:

  • Familiarization with Siemens Energy’s manufacturing processes, product portfolio, and equipment operational specifics.
  • Studying the project implementation system and the organization of after-sales services.
  • Hands-on training on the design and technical aspects of gas turbine units.
  • Discussing and coordinating step-by-step collaboration during the equipment installation and commissioning phases.

Despite a busy schedule from morning until evening, the company maintained a high level of organization, which facilitated open dialogue and effective training. The NVP ENERGO-PLUS team gained valuable knowledge and practical skills through close cooperation with Siemens Energy experts directly on the production floor.

Siemens Energy demonstrated a high level of technical organization, a modern production approach, and a multi-level quality control system. The company’s ability to manage operations flexibly and adapt to specific project conditions underscores its commitment to fostering productive collaboration with stakeholders and future partners.

During the meetings, key stages of further cooperation were agreed upon, marking an important step toward the successful implementation of the current project. As a result, a roundtable discussion was held to share impressions, suggestions for optimizing collaboration, and outline the next steps in implementation.

NVP ENERGO-PLUS sincerely thanks Siemens Energy for their openness, professional support, and invaluable experience shared during the visit. The acquired knowledge and reached agreements have laid the foundation for developing a detailed plan of technical consultations, coordination meetings, and further project implementation stages.
