Technical re-equipment of the wastewater treatment unit by applying the complex technology of membrane water treatment by reverse osmosis

Equipment used, specifics of works provided

1. To remove coarse impurities that can be carried away from the sedimentation tanks, a self-washing disc filter unit with a hydrocyclone effect with a maximum capacity of 225 m³/h, consisting of nine Azud Spin Clean filter flasks, is used before the ultrafiltration units.
2. Two parallel Ecosoft MU-90 ultrafiltration units with a nominal capacity of 90 m³/h each are used to purify water from microorganisms, algae and colloidal impurities.
3. One unit has 22 polyester ultrafiltration elements with a filtration area of 77 m² each.
4. The membrane module is a bundle of membrane capillaries with a pore size of 0.03 μm made of hydrophilized PVDF (H-PVDF) located inside a cylindrical housing.
5. The desalination unit consists of two parallel Ecosoft MO-60 reverse osmosis units with a rated capacity of 60 m³/h of permeate each in the inlet water temperature range of 15-25°C.
6. Each unit is equipped with 60 low-pressure reverse osmosis membrane elements XLE440.
