Technical re-equipment of DZF belt conveyor No. 2 drives

Equipment used, specifics of works provided

1. The project required the maximum concentration of efforts of all the company’s specialists, due to the impossibility of stopping the conveyor for more than 6 hours.
2. The project included the replacement of two drive motors with gearboxes with the change of the foundation base to a reinforced one, the conveyor drive drum, the automatic control system with frequency controlled one, replacement of all safety and control sensors of the conveyor, replacement of power and control cables, construction of new cable routes.
3. The automatic control system provided for local and remote control from the central control room, with the development and implementation of a SCADA system.
