Replacement of the Pellets Production Workshop 1 (TsVO-1) furnace drive at 1st technological line

Equipment used, specifics of works provided

1. The reconstruction works were completed within the tight deadlines of the scheduled furnace repair.
2. The project included the replacement of a high-voltage drive switchgear consisting of a high-voltage dry transformer, an input cell, a DC switchgear, power and control cables.
3. The complexity of the work was due to the large overall dimensions of the equipment, which required rather complicated construction work and design solutions to enable the heavy equipment to be lifted to +16 meters in the conditions of the operating workshop.
4. Commissioning was carried out in the extreme modes of the furnace start-up.
5. The productive operation of the first furnace resulted in the Customer’s trust in the planned performance of such works on two more furnaces, which was successfully implemented by our specialists.
