1. The project included general construction works to improve the substation premises, including the installation of new cable entries, ventilation and heating systems, the arrangement of underground cable routes using horizontal directional drilling technology. Additionally, it involved a full range of dismantling and installation works for the main equipment, with cell retrofitting at the main stepdown substation, followed by the adjustment of the entire equipment complex.
