Pellets Production Workshop (TsVO). Modernization of ACS TP of the 2nd technological line

Equipment used, specifics of works provided

1. Complex work on the reconstruction of the entire second technological line of Pellets Production Workshop 1 (TsVO-1), which included the complete replacement of the MCC (motor control cabinets), with the replacement of power and control cables, replacement of cable structures of the cable floor, cable galleries of the combusting shop, cable routes of the pumping department, press filtration, etc.
2. Installation, commissioning and launch of a new automatic remote-control system for electric drives of the mechanisms of the 2nd caster and all conveyor lines, replacement of safety and information sensors, laying of new optical communication lines and implementation of integrated automation solutions.
3. The repair period for the 2nd production line was limited to 46 days.
4. The following was installed: cable trays – 6474 m, pipes for cable networks – 8160 m, cables – 79019 m.
