Construction of a complex for filtration and storage of iron ore concentrate of the crushing and beneficiation factory

Equipment used, specifics of works provided

1. The project of filtering, collecting and shipping bulk iron ore concentrate into rail cars, organization of the power supply system from the TPP to two 6kV substations on a newly built overpass from two independent input cells, with connection from new ones installed and launched by our company.
2. Coordination of relay protection of cells in active high-voltage protection schemes.
3. The works included installation and commissioning of the 6/0.4 kV TP, power supply to two PSUs and equipment, installation of new cable structures on the TP, conveyor overpasses, filter press housing, connection of electrical equipment of power pumps, conveyors, compressors, welding network.
4. Installation and adjustment of the lower level of the ACS TP system with the organization of optical fiber communication according to the double ring principle, installation and adjustment of safety sensors.
