Construction, installation, and commissioning works for the reconstruction of the first power unit, complete replacement of the TG-1, type ТВФ-125-2У3 turbine generator. Comprehensive testing according to the commissioning work programs
Equipment used, specifics of works provided
- Installation of the STS-2E excitation system.
- Installation and commissioning of the complete shielded busduct from the TG-1 turbine generator to the AREVA circuit breaker.
- Installation and commissioning of instrumentation and control equipment: pressure gauges, pressure sensors, ultrasonic level controllers (ULC), resistance temperature detectors (RTD).
- Installation and commissioning of the following: hydrogen gas analyzer cabinets G1 and G2, control cabinets for technological equipment ШУС-1 and ШУАН-01.
- Supply, installation, and commissioning of cabinets ШТН, ШТТ, УЗР-1И, РТЗО-88, ШАРЗ, ШЕ1110M (A and B), ШЕ1111 АУВ, ШСА and ШСБ.
- Installation and commissioning of technological equipment: shaft seal oil pumps, gas cooling pumps, centrifugal fans ЕВ.
- Commissioning of the existing relay protection and automation (RPA).
- Installation of the Emerson’s “Ovation” software and hardware based technological monitoring system for the turbine generator.
