Description

TSO 40.5-series open distribution devices of block design are used in electrical substations with a voltage of 35 kV of three-phase alternating current at a frequency of 50 Hz. We can devise 35 kV open distribution devices consisting of various blocks, of both standardized and customized design for a particular facility.

Design:

TSO blocks consist of a metal structure with high-voltage equipment and auxiliary circuit elements mounted on it (secondary connection enclosure, busbar systems, etc.) The structure is made up of welded frames assembled with bolt connections. The metal structures are manufactured using a protective coating (hot-dip galvanizing), which ensures corrosion resistance throughout the guaranteed service life.

Operating Conditions:

• ambient temperature not exceeding 40 °C (with an average daily calculated temperature not higher than 35 °C) and not lower than 45 °C below zero;
• maximum normative thickness of ice wall at a height of 10 m above ground level is 20 mm with a recurrence of once in 10 years;
• normative wind pressure of 65 kgf/m² (650 N) at a height of up to 15 m above ground level with a recurrence of once in 10 years;
• height above sea level: not more than 1000 m
