Description

S-Air sets of distribution substations belong to the category of sets of distribution substations with combined insulation for voltages up to 40.5 kV. The sets are manufactured in a general industrial version to be used in distribution systems for internal needs of power stations, electrical substations, and industrial enterprise installations. S-Air-12-series compartments ensure high safety standards in compliance with IEC 62271-200, ANSI C37.20, and GOST 14693-90. The climate versions of the compartments are designated as “U” or “T,” with category 3 according to GOST 15150.

Design:

The frame of S-Air-12 is made of galvanized or aluminized steel. It is structurally divided into sections with vertical and horizontal metal partitions to ensure enhanced localization performance of the compartments:

– busbar section;

– relay section;

– cable section;

– withdrawable element section.

All components of the frame are coated with powder paint resistant to mechanical damage, which ensures high corrosion resistance and extends the service life.

The compartments incorporate all necessary interlocks in compliance with current regulations and standards.
