Power Supplies for Electroplating and Electrophoresis
Description
TZG Power supplies:
These are power supply units made as cabinets for electroplating equipment with a six-pulse thyristor converter. They are powered from the grid through a transformer with reduced secondary voltage. These power supply units ensure a regulated voltage of 0-24 V DC and a current of up to 1500 A DC.
TZE Power supplies:
These supplies are designed to power baths for electrophoretic painting. They are powered from the grid through a separating transformer with a secondary voltage suitable for the paint application. They contain a regulated six-pulse thyristor converter and a smoothing choke in the DC circuit. The power supply unit is operated through a PLC controller with an operator panel mounted on the cabinet door, or on a remote control panel. These power supply units provide a regulated voltage with the required ripple within 0-400 V DC and a current of up to 1500 A DC.
TZE power supply units are often manufactured as laboratory power supplies with an output current of up to 20 A, which allows for research on the technological process. TZE power supply units produced by our company are used in most Polish car plants (Poznań, Siedlce, Lublin, Nysa) as well as in many metallurgical enterprises.
