K-47 Series sets of distribution substations (KRPZ) are designed for operation in three-phase AC electrical installations with a frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage class of 6–10 kV, in networks with an isolated or arc-suppression reactor-grounded neutral.
K-47 Series KRPZ is used for equipping open-type transformer substations, power generation facilities, and electricity distribution sites.
There are three options for installation:
– on a prepared concrete pad;
– on sleepers;
– on a movable platform (skids).
The advantage of K-47 Series KRPZ over other KRPZ models is its ability to connect directly with K-13, K-37, and K-59 series KRP without the need for transition cabinets, ensuring convenient and fast on-site installation.
Design:
K-47 Series KRPZ is a rigid welded metal structure assembled on a solid base.
To ensure enhanced localization capability, K-47 Series KRPZ is divided into compartments by metal partitions:
- corridor
- busbar compartment
- withdrawable element compartment
- relay compartment
- input/output compartment
The cabinets of K-47 Series KRPZ are equipped with mechanical and electromagnetic interlocks, ensuring safe maintenance by operating personnel.
