DTSI-series Disconnectors 10-35 kV
Description
The DTSI-series disconnectors are designed for a voltage range of 10 to 35 kV and are used to ensure a visible break in the electrical circuit. The DTSI disconnectors are intended for switching on and off de-energized sections of electrical circuits that are under voltage, as well as for grounding disconnected sections with the grounding devices.
They are also used to disconnect the no-load currents of transformers and charging currents of overhead and cable lines. The DTSI disconnectors comply with the requirements of DSTU EN 62271-102.
Design:
The DTSI disconnectors are of the vertical break type. They consist of a frame, supporting insulators, insulating rods, a contact system, and grounding devices. The contact system of the disconnectors consists of stationary and moving contact blades. The stationary contacts are copper brackets mounted on the supporting insulators. The contact blades are made of copper bars positioned on their edge and parallel to each other. The grounding device of the disconnector features the grounding device and a stationary contact.
DTSI disconnectors are operated with the help of motor (RSD-1) or manual (PR) drives. Both types of drives feature electromagnetic locking to prevent faulty operations on the part of the servicing personnel.
