DTS Series 35 kV Disconnectors
Description
DTS 40.5 disconnectors are designed as a two-column device with the rotation of the main blade in a horizontal plane. There are the following installation options: three-pole, two-pole, and single-pole. The disconnector is manufactured with or without grounding blades. The location of the grounding switches is specified in the inquiry form.
Design:
The metal parts of the disconnectors, supporting poles, connecting hardware (bolts, nuts, etc.) are protected from the negative effects of the environment by galvanizing. The pole of the disconnector to which the drive is connected is called the leading pole.
The pole of the disconnector that is connected to the leading one is called the trailing pole. The pole of the disconnector consists of a frame, insulators, a conductive system, and a grounding switch if available.
The frame of the disconnector is a welded metal structure with the basis of the rotating column mounted on it. The base of the rotating column features pressed closed bearings that do not require lubrication and maintenance throughout their entire service life. The conductive system is mounted on the upper flanges of the insulators.
A contact blade with an incoming contact is installed on the stationary insulator. A contact blade with an incoming contact with a roller contact system at its base is installed on the moving insulator. The contact surfaces of the roller contact are coated with galvanic silver. The necessary contact pressure is provided with the help of a spring. The contact rods are made from beryllium bronze with a silver coating at the points of contact with the contact receiving blade of the stationary column. The necessary contact pressure is ensured due to the spring properties of beryllium bronze throughout the entire service life. All external surfaces of the main conductive system are coated with the protective galvanic tin.
The disconnector is operated with the help of an RSM-1-type, RSM-05-type, and an RSM-07-type manual drive (analog of ПР-05 (manual drive), ПР-07 (manual drive) У1 (ХЛ1) (Climatic version and placement category – temperate or cold climate with outdoor installation)), or a RSD-1-type electromechanical drive (analog of ПД-14 (prospective engine), ПД-5 (prospective engine), ПДУ-01 (universal motor drive)) ( У1 (ХЛ1) (Climatic version and placement category – temperate or cold climate with outdoor installation)).
