DTS-HC Series 10 kV Disconnectors
Description
DTSI-series high-voltage indoor disconnectors of the cutting type for a voltage of 10 kV are used to ensure a visible air gap in the electrical circuit. DTSI isolators are designed for switching on and off de-energized areas of electrical circuits under voltage, as well as for grounding de-energized areas using grounding switches.
The disconnectors are also used to switch off the no-load currents of transformers and charging currents of overhead and cable lines. DTSI disconnector conforms to the requirements of DSTU EN 62271-102.
Design:
DTSI disconnectors are of the vertical-break type design. They consist of a frame, support insulators, insulating rods, a contact system, and grounding devices. The contact system of the disconnectors features fixed contacts and movable contact blades. The fixed contacts are copper clamps mounted on support insulators. The contact blades are made from copper bars installed edgewise parallel to each other. The grounding device of the disconnector includes a grounding switch and a fixed contact.
DTSI disconnectors are operated using motor drives (RSD-1) or manual drives (RSM-1). Both types of drives are equipped with electromagnetic interlocking to prevent errors on the part of the personnel.
