Drive systems for practicing at technical universities
Description
We manufacture conversion installations for university laboratories.
The workstation was designed for the Bialystok University of Technology (Politechnika Białostocka) with a two-way powered induction generator.
The power electronics part consists of:
- three sets of regenerative converters (with the capability to divert energy back to the grid at a voltage of 400 V) with a power of 7.5 kW, controlled by DTCSVM and using the MODBUS data bus;
- a grid filter matched in accordance with the power of the converter;
- current protection fuses selected in accordance with the power of the converter;
- an RS485/LAN converter with galvanic isolation.
Additional characteristics:
- monitoring the signals controlling the converter switches, both for the grid and the motor control part;
- measuring of three grid currents;
- voltage measuring for one phase of the grid;
- voltage measuring in auxiliary circuits;
- measuring of three phase currents at the output of the converter – input to the motor;
- voltage measuring between phases at the output of the converter.
