On Wednesday, October 29, a modern career guidance hub — one of the largest in Ukraine — was opened in Kremenchuk on the basis of Higher Vocational School No. 7. The project was implemented within the framework of the Swiss-Ukrainian DECIDE initiative «Decentralization for the development of democratic education».
The goal of creating the hub is to help young people choose their future profession. The space combines expert consultations, practical workshops and opportunities for skills development in various fields: robotics, 3D printing, renewable energy, electrical engineering, construction, welding and plastic recycling.

Before the opening, the director of the vocational school presented the renovated training workshops, equipped with 2024 investment funds. The new technical equipment enables training specialists in accordance with modern labor market demands.
The event also featured a panel discussion titled «Reform of vocational education in Ukraine: cooperation between education, business, and government», which discussed the role of partnership in the development of the sector.

«NVP «ENERGO-PLUS» LLC was recognized for its active participation in the «Support for vocational education reform in Ukraine» direction within the DECIDE project. The company has been collaborating with educational institutions in Kremenchuk for many years, contributing to the development of engineering training, the implementation of innovative technologies and the enhancement of technical education standards.
The new career orientation hub is designed to become an important center for young people seeking their professional path — a place to find inspiration, practical knowledge and confidence in their own future.
