Research and Production Enterprise ENERGO-PLUS LLC has completed the registration of its own trademark, ENERGO PLUS ENERGY AND AUTOMATIZATION, in the European Union and received the corresponding certificate No. 018970391.
The registration of the EUTM has been published in the EU Trademarks Bulletin and covers both the written form of the trademark Energo Plus Energy and Automation and its graphic representation. Accordingly, the company has also obtained the right to use the “®” symbol, signifying trademark protection.
The Bulletin states that ENERGO-PLUS has been awarded a certificate on a range of goods and services, including electromechanical machines and devices, industrial process control, software production for these purposes, water conditioning equipment, engineering services, installation, implementation, and maintenance of power generation systems, generator excitation systems, synchronous motors, energy production, distribution, and transmission, as well as training services for the specialists in the energy sector, and so on.
The registration is valid in all EU countries until early 2031, after that it can be extended indefinitely.

Needless to say, obtaining European trademark registration automatically enhances the company’s credibility and considerably eases the market expansion in any country of the world.
ENERGO-PLUS has gained extensive experience in the European market. Late last year, the Ukrainian-Polish group of companies TWERD Energo-Plus was founded. The group comprises TWERD Energo-Plus Sp. z o.o. and the ENERGO-PLUS consortium (Research and Production Enterprise ENERGO-PLUS LLC, Research and Production Enterprise Preobrazovatelnaya Tekhnika LLC and Hrupa Kompanii Vysokovoltni Tekhnologii LLC).
