Research and Production Enterprise ENERGO-PLUS LLC was included in the Independent National Register of Effective Organizations recommended for cooperation in 2023 in the category of Manufacture of Distribution and Control Apparatus.
The National Register is compiled by the Association of Economic Cooperation and Entrepreneurship Development. The expert analysis of companies’ activities is based on a comprehensive study of the financial performance from the statistical reports of enterprises over the past two years.
Remarkably, according to the representatives of the Association, the Register includes only about 4% of all enterprises in Ukraine.
These are representatives from sectoral (agriculture, industry, energy, transport and infrastructure, information and telecommunications, service sector) and functional areas of the economy (small and medium businesses, employment, international trade, investment, innovation).
The ultimate assessment is based on four main criteria of the nominee:
- financial independence ratio (evaluation of the level of funding of the activity at own expense);
- equity maneuverability ratio (evaluation of the share of own funds in a movable form);
- equity profitability (evaluation of how much profit was generated per each hryvnia of invested funds);
- asset profitability (assessment of the total revenue the business received during the reporting period).
Notably, Research and Production Enterprise ENERGO-PLUS LLC which focuses on the design, development, and implementation of industrial automation systems, power supply, and various electrical systems for Ukrainian enterprises and private companies, has already earned a reputation of a reliable partner in both Ukrainian and international markets.
Among the partners of ENERGO-PLUS, there are such corporations as Emerson and Schneider Electric, the Siemens AG conglomerate, and domestic groups like Ferrexpo, DTEK, Kernel, INTERPIPE, as well as Tekhnova, KREDMASH, Kharkivski Teplovi Merezhi, Lvivteploenergo, LubnyVodokanal, etc.
Currently, as part of a Ukrainian-Polish consortium with TWERD Energo-Plus Sp. z o.o., the company is implementing a joint project to develop the production of high-voltage frequency converters in the Poltava region. In particular, ENERGO-PLUS is investing over 100 million UAH in the new production.
Since the onset of the Russian aggression against Ukraine, Research and Production Enterprise ENERGO-PLUS LLC has been directly involved in emergency and restoration works on critical infrastructure facilities, including the largest enterprises in the energy and industrial sectors of Ukraine.
The policy of transparent business and support of the Ukrainian economy is an indispensable part of our activity. For the first three quarters of 2023, the company paid 153 million UAH in taxes to the state budget. Consequently, its inclusion in the Independent National Register of Efficient Organizations recommended for cooperation, is a logical recognition of the company’s efforts in the development and reinforcing of the national economy.
