Education: higher.

• From 1993 to 1997, studied at Higher Vocational School No. 7, where obtained the qualification of Junior Specialist in Electromechanical Automation Systems and Technological Equipment Devices.
• In 1997, entered Kremenchuk State Polytechnic University (Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University), from which he graduated with honors in 2002 with a Master’s degree in Electromechanical Automation Systems and Electric Drives, qualified as Research Associate in Electromechanics.
• In 2006, successfully defended his PhD thesis under the title “Determining the Parameters of AC Motors with Polyharmonic Stator Winding Supply” and was awarded the academic degree of PhD  of Technical Sciences.
• Since 2006, Andrii Kalinov has been working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Automation and Control in Technical Systems at Kremenchuk State Polytechnic University.
• In 2008, earned a scholarship from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
• In 2009, earned the academic title of Associate Professor and was awarded a Certificate of Honour from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine “for long-term conscientious work and meaningful personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists and productive research and pedagogical activity,” as well as the “Invention of the Year – 2009” award.
• In 2013, became a Laureate of the President of Ukraine award for young scientists.
• In 2022, was awarded the badge “Excellence in Education.”
• In 2023, earned the academic title of Professor.
